This is our brand new project and we love it. Adding a contemporary edge to a beautiful home situated near Bournemouth Football Club, we have opted for tall windows and doors to allow for natural light to flood into this family area

We love revitalising a property that needs that little extra boost. Here we have a substantial family home that the owner wanted to add a little more space on both the ground and first floor whilst changing the stand roof to a split pitch finish as can be seen in our initial proposal. More information will be found on our project page in the near future.

We are really pleased to have been successful in obtaining planning permission to convert this stable block into a fantastic Annexe for the occupants visiting family and friends to use. 

After initially designing this conversion within permitted development rights, we suggested to the owner about having a balcony to take advantage of the views over the lake in the summer. The application was approved very quickly and building works start soon.

On the brink of building this Approved Design which we were able to obtain for our client some time ago, it was decided to make a small change to the rear extension which was agreed by the Planning Officer. The new design of the extension will allow more natural light into the rear of the property.

When you live in the area you love and your house is your home, sometimes the only way forward when that little extra space is required is to extend. Here we managed to nearly double the size of the house for our clients allowing them to stay within the area for the future.

This has been an amazing project to be part of. We completely redesigned the look of the Canford Magna Centre to be more contemporary without taking away the emphasis of the building. 

Here the main element for the client was space! Replacing a well proportioned conservatory, the brief was to design a the new single storey extension which would allow the occupant the space required whilst allowing as much natural light into the building as possible. We ended up with a near on 6 metre square extension.

A great way to finish the week, Planning Permission to convert a bungalow into a contemporary Chalet on a great plot of land. We can't wait to see this building unfold.

It is always great to obtain planning approval on a project but it is even better when two come in the same day. Here is a lovely extension to an Edwardian property in Wimborne.

This is a great little project that we had the pleasure to work on. A conversion of a disused garage into a small self contained living area for an elderly member of our client's family. This space offers the occupant their own space whilst still being close to the family.
