Remodel/Conversion of existing bungalow

Lined with luxury houses, the sound of thoroughbred engines cruising along the roads and a stones throw away from golden beaches, Canford Cliffs really is something special.

 

Here at the design board we love the challenge of renewing something a little run down into a spectacular home for our clients. In this case the owners have recently returned from living in New Zealand, leaving a property that can only be described as palatial so we have applied a design which offers them large rooms with windows positioned to let as much light into the property as possible, whilst taking characteristics from the surrounding properties and utlising them within the design.

 

We are really pleased to have obtained planning permission with this design and how it sits perfectly within the streetscene. Building works are due to start in the latter part of 2016 and we will be making regular updates throughout the build progression.
