Paul heads up The Design Board, having always had a keen interest in all forms of art and design, he chose to follow in his fathers footsteps into the construction industry opting to make a career in architecture. Having worked for over 15 years within the Architectural Sector he has gained a great experience working on projects from Residential to Commercial, Retail to Healthcare both in the UK and abroad.

Having worked in the Construction industry for over 45 years Roger has gained valuable experience in all aspects of building working his way up from Site Engineer to Company Management. He recently retired after 10 years managing the HNC Construction course at BPCFE. Roger works on a variety of projects for The Design Board, his knowledge of Construction is immense.
