Timber Frame Extension to Family Home

 

This recently built property ticked many boxes for the new owner however was purchased knowing that an extension over the existing garage would be necessary to complete their home.

the design board were instructed to design a timber frame first floor extension to hold two further bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities and remodel an existing single bedroom into a luxury ensuite to the master.

​

The client was keen to make use of fibre cement weatherboard in the finished design to uplift the over all look of the property.

​

With the construction finished on site, the house now offers a great use of space to both floors whilst retaining the garage for storage and utility use.

 

It is a perfect family home which also offers any visitor invited to stay a luxury suite to relax within.
